There are four steps to complete the application:
- Log in to the application system and fill out the online application form.
- Set up a referee’s information for collecting recommendation letters.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee.

- 登入申請系統並填寫線上申請表。
- 填寫推薦人資訊以蒐集推薦信。

Q1-2.How do I pay for the application fee?
如何繳交報名費？

There are three ways to pay:
- Online payment via credit cards.
- Domestic(Taiwan) payment via bank transfer.
Payment via international funds transfer(Transfers should be made with OUR instruction.
The expense of all processing fees, including those charged by the remittance bank, the intermediary/corresponding bank, and the beneficiary bank, should be paid by the applicant.)
報名費可透過以下三種方式繳交：
- 線上信用卡付款。
- 國內（台灣）銀行轉帳。
- 國際匯款（需採 OUR 方式）。

是否可由他人代為繳費？

Yes, please provide him or her with your payment information.
可以，請提供對方您的付款資訊。

Q1-4.Can I pay the fee with another person’s account?
是否可使用他人帳號付款？
|
No. The payment account is exclusive to each applicant. Please do not pay with other people's payment accounts.
不可以。每位申請人之付款帳號為專屬，請勿使用他人帳號付款。

Q1-5.How much is the application fee for each department?
報名費為多少？
|
The regular fee is TWD 1,000 or USD 30 per department/graduate institute (Other currencies are not accepted).
每一系所報名費為新臺幣1,000元或美金30元（不接受其他幣別）。

Q1-6.Can I get the application fee refund?
報名費可以退費嗎？
|
After the payment is completed, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
完成繳費後，恕不退費。

Q1-7.What should I do if my recommender doesn’t receive the recommendation link?
推薦人未收到推薦信連結怎麼辦？
|
Please check if the email address is correct or check the junk mail folder.
請確認電子郵件是否正確，或請推薦人檢查垃圾郵件匣。

Q1-8.Can I resend the recommendation link?
是否可以重新寄送推薦信連結？

Yes, you can resend it once a day.
可以，每日可重新寄送一次。

Please apply it via the application system. No other documents needed.

After paying, print the certificate of application from making the payment page.
完成繳費後，可於付款頁面列印申請證明。

Q1-12.What should I do if I want to apply for more than one department?
如何申請多個系所？
|
Before you send out your application form, click "add new department/institute“.
於送出申請前，點選「新增系所」即可。

Q1-13.Is the application completed if I send out the application form and pay the fee but my professor hasn’t finished the recommendation letter?
推薦信未完成是否算完成申請？

No, your application is completed only when you finish four steps in question 1.
否。須完成上述四個步驟後，申請才算完成。
